There are 29 characters and each of them has one Super Move. To use a Super Move press L2+R2 (LT+RT). To unlock Brainiac simply beat the story. Darkseid is a preorder bonus, only available as a download.

My personal favorite super moves are batman's and blue bettle's
1:03 It seems like the reverse flash put the Joker in a loop with his alternate reverse flash, where reverse flash just keeps slamming him into the past millions years. What a boss lol. The attention to detail that these games get into.
